About Colette
My career path has taken me around the world.
Every chapter has deepened my conviction: the impactful leader is the transformed leader. The leader who is open to self-discovery, awareness, and personal growth is the one who has impact — because it must be individual before you can expect it of others.
The titles change. The industries shift. The people, always, are what matters. As a people leader for over 25 years, I bring both soul and strategy to every leader I work with.
I hold degrees in leadership, counseling, and human development. I'm a certified Prepare & Enrich facilitator and a civic and family mediator, alongside my husband of 26 years. I'm also a proud mom of three adult children who remind me every day why this work matters.
